Clifton Approves Largest School Bond Referendum in NJ History

The city of Clifton recently approved $168 million bond referendum for school construction – the largest in NJ history.


The funds will encompass work at 19 of the District's schools, which include new HVAC systems, toilet room renovations, electric service upgrades along with other much needed infrastructure upgrades.

Johnson and Urban is teamed with architecture firm DiCara Rubino for the design work.


The design effort is well underway with all construction slated for Fall 2023 completion.
