The new Lyndhurst Junior High School was formally awarded to the team of Dicara Rubino Architects and Johnson & Urban. The school will be delivered via the traditional design/bid/build procurement process.
As a joiunt venture between the city of Lyndhurst and the BOE, the project has a constrcution of cost $49,000,000.
The new school will encompass 145,000sf with many energy efficient systems and is expected to secure a LEED certification.
Design and bidding is complete with the constuction work awarded to Dobco, Inc.
