The massing integrates the topography of the site by having six stories along Warburton Avenue and stepping down to three stories along Willow Place. The building's scale will fit seamlessly within the two- and three-story adjacent properties. The reinforce the scale along Willow Place, the new building will include two-story town-house style apartments with access from both the interior and street-level.
The landscaped area for residents will be located at the second floor featuring outdoor wood decks and seating areas and an extensive green roof.
The building will have green/high-performance features with smart building technology and will be designed to achieve LEED for Homes certification. EnergyStar appliances and high-efficiency PTAC units will be provided in all units
