The new Vineland Middle School was awarded to the design/build team of Ernest Bock and Sons/SSP Architects/Johnson and Urban. The school was delivered via the NJ SDA's design/build procurement process.

The winning design/build bid was $37,000,000.

The new school encompasses 98,000sf with many energy efficient systems and secured a LEED Silver certification.

Construction was completed for an on-time school opening in September 2018.
